Strategic marketing: your business roadmap
Are you confident that the marketing strategy you have in place is leading you and your business to the right place?
It’s often said that, done badly, marketing is a waste of time and money – it can also damage your brand, too. But how do you know what is right for your business?
Strategic marketing plans are informed by intelligent analytics from tried and tested communication channels and a deep understanding of the market. So, investing in a marketing strategy consultant who knows how to read the co-ordinates is priceless.
Do you regularly review your competitive landscape and your market? Do you know what activity is driving results and what’s not? Before you plan for the future, let me offer an unbiased view on your existing strategies and activities with a fresh pair of eyes to identify what’s working and where improvements need to be made.
Book in a marketing audit with my Fitness Score service and I’ll provide a clear view of your current position and signpost the way with a roadmap for your future strategic planning.
Rock-solid strategy
Whether you are a new business that requires a launch strategy, a small company with only a few employees, or a larger enterprise needing e-commerce consultancy or deeper brand development, I can help you plan for success with strategic solutions tailored to your business.
Following an initial 1-2-1 consultation meeting, where we will discuss your goals, the history of the company, and the competitive arena, I will get to work on immersing myself in your business. Not only will I review your current strategy and marketing collateral, I will undertake a SWOT and PESTEL analysis, conduct a detailed competitor review and customer analysis, as well as assessing the suppliers you use and the internal resources you have to hand.
I will work with you to develop your proposition and, where necessary, look for product diversification that could increase your revenue and profitability. You’ll receive a clear situational report and a series of recommendations on the appropriate course of action to help you gain a competitive advantage and start seeing a stronger return on investment from your marketing spend.
